A warranty covers a fault in what we sold. An AMC is a longer promise: someone answers, and a spare or a visit is part of the deal. We write down which one you are buying.
What to agree up front
Devices covered, hours, response time, and whether we ship a replacement or repair on site. If a brand's own support has lapsed, we say that too. Refurbished does not magically include a vendor contract.
Sometimes. We need the model list first. If we cannot get parts, we will not sell you an AMC that looks good on paper.
