This policy describes the Rebootronics website. It is a draft. It is not a substitute for advice on the law that applies to you.
What we collect
If you use a form, we collect the fields you submit: name, email, phone, company, city, pickup address, and the note about equipment. The newsletter form collects an email. A hidden field is used to catch automated spam. We do not ask you to create an account.
Why
We use those details to reply to quotes, trade-ins and repairs, and to send the occasional note if you asked for one. We do not sell the list.
Analytics
Analytics stays off until you accept the cookie banner, and only runs if a measurement ID is configured. You can refuse and still use the site.
How long
TODO: state a real retention period. Until then, keep enquiry mail only as long as you need it to do the job and meet any record you promised a customer.
