Questions, answered without the brochure voice
If your question is really ‘what is wrong with this specific unit?’, use the contact form. These are the ones we can answer in public.
Buying
It means the unit was used, then inspected, repaired or upgraded where it needed it, cleaned, wiped and tested. It is not a new device, and we do not describe it as one. The grade tells you how it looks.
Yes. A machine that only 'turns on' is not finished. We check the parts that actually fail in real use: storage health, memory, ports, battery where it applies, fans, and a basic soak for servers and desktops.
All three grades have to work. A looks close to tidy, B shows normal wear, C has obvious cosmetic damage that does not stop the device doing its job. The grading page has the full version.
Stock changes, and a price on a sample card would be a guess. Ask for the unit you want and we will quote what is actually available. Sample cards on this site are examples of how a listing looks.
Both. Individuals can buy one machine. Offices, schools and resellers can ask for a lot. The quote form is the faster path when you need more than a couple of units.
We can do either, depending on the city and the size of the gear. Shipping for a rack server is a different conversation from shipping a laptop. Tell us the city when you enquire.
Often the disk is wiped and empty, which is the honest default. If a licence is included, the listing or the quote will say so. We do not imply a Windows or commercial licence you have not paid for.
Yes. Tell us how the machines will be used so we do not spec a workstation for a typing class, or a thin laptop for a design lab.
Selling and trade-in
Use the sell form. We need the type, brand, model, quantity, condition and whether it powers on. We reply with an offer or a clear no. You can also trade in against something you are buying.
Yes. Recycling is separate from buy-back. If the unit is scrap, we will call it scrap and point you to the e-waste service instead of dressing it up as a sale.
Data and ITAD
We erase storage with a proper wipe, not a file delete. If a drive cannot be erased, it is destroyed. Do not rely on your own delete key as the only step, but you can wipe before pickup if your policy says so.
IT asset disposition. It is the process of retiring company equipment: logging serials, removing data, then reusing, reselling or recycling each item. Our ITAD service is built for that paperwork, not only for the pickup.
Warranty
The warranty shown on this site comes from our site settings and must match the promise we make on your invoice. Read the quality and warranty page, and check the invoice before you treat a badge as a contract.
A short check period so you can confirm the unit matches the listing. It is not a rental. Change-of-mind rules, if any, are written on the invoice. The label on this website is a placeholder until that policy is confirmed.
