A small bench with a stubborn streak
Rebootronics exists because good hardware gets retired too early. A server with years left. A laptop that needs a battery and a wipe, not a landfill.
We collect equipment, test it, repair what is actually broken, upgrade what changes the useful life, clean it, and resell it with a grade you can argue with. We also buy gear back and take trade-ins, and we supply in bulk when a school, an office or a reseller needs more than one machine.
Give good tech a second life. That is the whole strategy. We will not invent a founding year, a headcount or a trophy wall to make the about page look finished. Those facts belong in src/config/site.ts when they are real.
What we care about
- Say what the unit is, including the dull parts.
- Wipe data properly, or destroy the drive.
- Prefer reuse, and recycle when reuse is a story rather than a plan.
- Answer in sentences a person can forward to their boss.
The practical version of that list is the process and the grades.
