A
Grade A
Works fully and looks tidy. Light marks only, the kind you notice if you go looking. This is the pick if the machine sits in front of a customer.
Function first. Cosmetics second. The letter on a listing describes looks. The invoice describes what we will do if something covered fails.
A
Works fully and looks tidy. Light marks only, the kind you notice if you go looking. This is the pick if the machine sits in front of a customer.
B
Works fully and looks used. Scuffs, a shiny palm rest, a small dent. Nothing that blocks a port or marks the panel in a way you see while working.
C
Works, and the cosmetic wear is obvious: a cracked bezel, deep scratches, a missing foot. We spell out the damage. You are paying for function, not looks.
The labels currently configured for this site are 90-day warranty and a 7-day check. TODO: replace both in site config so they match the promise you put on an invoice. Until that is confirmed, treat the website badges as placeholders, not as a contract.
A warranty covers faults in what we sold, for the term written on your paperwork. It is not accidental damage, and it is not a substitute for a vendor support contract on enterprise software. The returns window is a check that the unit matches the listing.
